After an Executed Agreement:

You: Provide data about machinery, capacity, operating speeds, etc.

We will perform an analysis to determine where the production line is falling short.​​

We will present the plan remotely and train the necessary staff remotely to implement the plan.  We will be available through email to answer questions, give advice, troubleshoot and problem solve with your team to achieve the desired result.

Once we know where key issues lie, we will engage employees to understand why it is happening in preparation for preparing the Improvement Plan.

We will come on-site and meet your staff and frontline workers.  We will work directly with supervisors and frontline workers to implement the improvement plan while teaching managers how to run future projects.
